3D Design

The manufacturing is effected upon 3D drawings in DXF and DWD (AutoCad) format. If no such drawings are available we offer the preparation of shop drawings according to following documentation:

• Technical drawing
• Draft
• Specimen
• Personal consultation

Upon planning, please consider maximal dimensions and thickness of the sheet to be machined.

Sheet dimensions: laser cutting: max: 1500x3000 mm, thickness for steel: 20 mm, acid-proof steel: 10 mm, aluminum: 5 mm

Water jet cutting machine max: 2000x3000 mm, sheet thickness: 100 mm, irrespective of material quallity.

After the exact definition of the task, our professionals prepare a three-dimensional model of the semi-finished product. After review and approval of the client, each part is manufactured and assembled if required.
