• Constant efficiency of dust filters for process air: H 14 certified acc. EN 1822
  – Value to be proven by laser particle counting:
  • Testaerosol :out of 600.000 of particles 0.3 μm size (MPPS) within 60 seconds max. 450 particles may leave the system
  – Value to be proven by gravimetric measurement:
  • The efficiency of 0.0001 mg / m³ must be reached
  • In comparison : Clean atmospheric air has a quality of about 1 - 3 mg/ m³
  – Air quality out of HEPA filter class H 14 is
  ~30.000 times purer than clean atmospheric
  air
