Air regulation by frequency controller and fi lter
unit controller.
The production air is fi ltered via 2 HEPA
fi lter stages and is recirculated via a laminar
fl ow ceiling as the 3rd HEPA fi lter stage. The
recirculated air is directed specifi cally towards
the suction point in order to protect the operator
from contamination.

70 % recirculated air - 30 %
outgoing air operation

Air regulation by frequency controller, fl aps
and fi lter unit controller.The air to be fi ltered is
regulated such that 100% of the process air is
fi ltered. 70% of the fi ltered air is directed back
into the production room and 30% is directed
outside.
In order to keep the balance, an additional 30%
of fresh air is supplied to the production room
via the HVC system.
